Diagnose the login issue
Record the exact error before repeating attempts.
- Confirm the current login URL and registered identifier.
- Check keyboard, connection and verification-code expiry.
- Stop repeated attempts if the account becomes locked.
Reset access safely
Use the recovery option displayed in the official account flow.
- Create a new unique password.
- Review recent activity after access is restored.
- Sign out other sessions if the account supports it.
Prepare a support case
Share only the minimum details needed to identify the issue.
- Provide the registered identifier requested by support and exact error time.
- Redact unrelated information in screenshots.
- Ask for a case reference and the next required step.
